Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul
They are Catholic Missionaries from the Philippines who serve the poor and the marginalized in Phnom Penh, Pailin, and Takeo since 2000. In Phnom Penh, they opened part of their humble dwelling in the heart of karaoke and bars as a learning center for children living in the slump villages nearby. They also operate another learning center in the factory zones where children are often left alone by parents who work long hours in the factories.
Sr. Eulie Drescula is the team leader of nine sisters serving in three provinces in Cambodia. We have supported Daughters of Charity through various projects since April 2017.
